She obtained her master’s degree from the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1993, and in 2006 her DLA from the Hungarian University of Applied Arts. As a researching and experimenting artist, she excelled in textile and paper art. With the innovations, patterns of irregular shapes, new solutions in surface finish and painterly colours her hand-woven, autonomous carpets and wall arts represent spectacular decorative elements of spaces. In 2004 she received the Hungarian Design Award for excellence. She is the pioneer of the hand-tufting technique in Hungary and a constant innovator of the tapestry/wall art genre. In 2019 she received the Noémi Ferenczy Award.
