He graduated from the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1997 and from the Institute of Applied Arts at the University of West Hungary in 2004. He founded the JmTypography studio in 1996. He teaches graphic design and typography at several Hungarian universities. He won the Special Prize of the Ministry of National Cultural Heritage at the Hungarian Design Award in 2005 and the special prize of “The Renaissance of the Letter” competition in 2008. He was a board member of the Typo Salon Association from 2004 to 2014.
