glass sculptor
He graduated from the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1985. At first, the disciplined order of his cold glued sheetglass art and mirrors was inspired by the world of geometry, later by the organic forms of nature. He has exhibited in galleries all over Europe, in the US, in China and in Japan, as well as at major multinational artshows and professional events worldwide. He was the first to use the special ‘dichroic’ glass in Hungary. He has won numerous national and international awards, including the Noémi Ferenczy Award in 2002, and his works can be found in major public collections worldwide. He is a full member of the Hungarian Academy of Arts.
