textile artist, structure designer
She graduated from the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in 2010 as a textile designer and in 2018 as a teacher of design and visual arts. She is currently a doctoral candidate and assistant lecturer at MOME. Her research interests include the intersections between the plasticity of textiles and contemporary art forms of expression. Her creative process is based on the ‘growing’ of textiles, where the material is produced in symbiosis with the development of the plant, living plant material is used to produce the fabric. This way, in her work nature is connected to woven textile systems, seeking new forms of expression. She twice received a Fellowship granted by the Republic of Hungary between 2005 and 2008, and in 2009 she won the Award of Excellence of the Home Vision Summer School in Belgium.
