The Blum & Wolf design brand waslaunched in 2014 for the design of lampbodies. Virág Albert, an architect, and FarkasPongrácz, a designer, create light objectswith their clever structural solutions lending them a unique character. The compositional principle of their objects is folding, i.e. creating forms by simple folds, which, combined with a minimal use of materialsand structural stability, produces specialdesigns. Their main goal is to create objectsthat are functional, while providing artisticand visual experiences and inspiration. Oneof their collections was an award-winner atthe Design without Borders in 2019.
