She graduated from the University of Cluj in 1967 and has been living in Budapest since 1994. Her Gobelin tapestry wall and space textile art, as well as her mini-textile and graphic art have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Her works made of natural fibres have a life of their own not only when presented on models, but also on flat surfaces. The properties of the material define her works, it is the raw material that inspires her to deliver her message. She is a regular participant of the Szombathely Triennials, and she has participated in numerous solo exhibitions and workshops abroad. In 2007 she was recognized as Textile Artist of the Year, and in 2011 she received the Noémi Ferenczy Award. Since 2015 she has been a non-academic member of the MMA.
