She graduated from the University of Fine and Applied Arts in Halle in 1985. She moved to Hungary in 1986 and has been a freelance artist ever since. She creates autonomous glass art and designs architectural glass. Her artistic approach is characterised by an abstract, symbolic thinking and a modern, contemporary language. In 2005 she won the Noémi Ferenczy Award, and in 2021 she received an MMA grant. Her large glass windows can be found in several public buildings. Her work is included inseveral public collections in Hungary, Germany and Japan.
