He graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2001 and worked in the architecture studio of Dezső Ekler. The two decades of his career has been defined by the project of researching the building history and completing the Catholic church in Páty, which he won at a restricted tender. He received the Media Architecture Award in 2007, the Frankfurt Iconic Awards in 2017 and the BigSEE architecture award in 2019. He was recognised with the Pro Architectura Award in 2019 and the Ferenc Schmidl Architecture Award in 2021, while one of his projects was nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award of Best European Contemporary Building in 2022.
