She studied animation at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design and obtained her MA from the London Royal College of Art in 2013. She works in the areas of drawn animation and illustration. Her diploma film won the special prize of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival. Her first short film debuted in the Critics’ Week competition programme in Cannes. Her most recent film was screened at the Berlinale in 2019, and was nominated for the Oscar during its festival tour.
