glass artist
He graduated from the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1985 and was a teacher at the BA Institute until 2001. He was the art director of the international glass symposia in Bárdudvarnok and then in Tokod in the 1990s. He was the president of the Hungarian Glass Art Association from 1996 to 2002 and a co-curator of the Fragile Cargo English-Hungarian travelling exhibition in 2004/2005. He has received numerous awards, including the Noémi Ferenyzy Award and the Award of the Association of Hungarian Creative Artists in 1995. He won the award of the 2nd Sculpture Biennial in 2012 and has been a grantee of the Hungarian Academy of Arts since 2020.
