She graduated from the Ion Andreescu Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest in 1971 and in 2006 she received a DLA degree from the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design. She works with ceramic sculptures, designs objects and object groups, installations, and she also works on landscape-specific interventions, and performs glaze studies. She holds art workshops in Hungary, Romania, the Netherlands, Germany and Iran. A comprehensive exhibition of her life’s work was presented at the National Museum of Contemporary Art (MNAC) in Bucharest in 2021/2022. Her most important professional awards include the Award for Hungarian Culture, Oradea (2004); the Sándor Körösi Csoma Award, Covasna (2002), the Noémi Ferenczy Award (2011); the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of Hungary (2013).
