She graduated from the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1979. Since 1980 she has been teaching in higher education institutions in Hungary. In 2006 she obtained her second diploma as a specialist in the field of Historic Monument Protection from BMGE, and in 2008 a DLA degree from the Moholy-Nagy University of Arts and Design. She is a lecturer at the Budapest Metropolitan University. In 2005 she received the Noémi Ferenczy Award, in 2006 a HUNGART scholarship, and in 2015 she won the MMA Award at the International Triennial of Textile Art in Szombathely. Her works can be found in numerous collections both in Hungary and abroad.
