She graduated from the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1983, her master was Károly Plesnivy. In 1984 and 1985 she spent an extended period in France on a Cziffra scholarship. Since the beginning ofher career, she has been a regular participant in group exhibitions in Hungary, and she has presented her work in numerous solo exhibitions as well. In 2006 she won the category prize at the Szombathely Triennialof Textile Art, in 2016 she was awarded the main prize of the city of Kecskemét at the 8th Christian Iconography Biennial, and in 2017 she received the Noémi Ferenczy Award. Her works can be found in several public collections in Hungary.
