textile artist
She graduated from the West University of Timișoara as a textile artist and a teacher of visual and environmental culture in 1999. For the last decade, she has been experimenting with celluloid film negatives. Besides creating new plastic materialin contemporary Hungarian textile art, she works with visual memories and documents. Her works focus on collective memory, identity formation, mechanisms of transmission, and the processing of memories. In 2016 she received a commendation at the International Textile Triennial in Łódź, and in 2021 she received a special prize at the 7th International Triennial of Textile Art in Szombathely. Her works can also be found in public collections in Hungary.
