She graduated from the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1986. In 1992 she was awarded a scholarship by the Akademie Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart. Her creative work is based on several activities: she develops her own collection of home textiles, and she designs for various foreign and domestic companies. For many years she was a member of the board of trustees of the Akademie Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart, and she is also known for her international organizing activities. She is one of the founders of Eventuell Gallery, the founding curator of the Boundless Design exhibition, and of the TEXHIBITION project. In 2001 she received the Award of Excellence in Industrial Design, in 2016 the Noémi Ferenczy Award.
