The POSITION Collective started as a design blog and it gradually developed its conceptual design approach through experimental object design projects, thematic design parties, exhibitions and fashion collaborations. Since its foundation in 2010 the company has grown into a leading workshop of contemporary Hungarian home decoration, design and product design. The approach adopted by the designers was not only shaped by object design but also by interior design. They reach back to the foundation of applied art characterised by classical craftsmanship, but their products and projects are implemented using contemporary tools. They regard it as their mission to make products using high quality materials and employing local experts/craftsmen.
